What is the minimum length of stay?

  • Camping pitches: from 1 night
  • Cabins: from 1 night
  • Chalets: from 2 nights, except during the peak season (between 11 July and 28 August)

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in:

  • From 2:00 PM for camping pitches
  • From 4:00 PM for chalet rentals

Check-out:

  • By 12:00 PM (noon) for camping pitches
  • By 11:00 AM for chalet rentals

Until what time can guests arrive?

If you expect to arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know your estimated arrival time by email. We will send you all the necessary information to access your chalet or camping pitch.

Please note that the entrance gate is closed at 11:00 PM. After this time, your vehicle must be parked outside the campsite entrance, and you will need to reach your pitch or chalet on foot.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, subject to certain conditions:

  • Only one pet per accommodation unit or camping pitch is permitted, except in the Nature & Bois Chalets and the Cabins, where pets are not allowed.
  • Pets must be vaccinated, kept on a leash at all times, and owners must clean up after them.
  • Category 1 and Category 2 dogs (as defined by French regulations), as well as aggressive animals, are not permitted.
  • A €100 security deposit will be required upon arrival and refunded after the departure inspection.

Vacuum cleaners are available upon request at Reception.

Can I pay with Holiday Vouchers (Chèques-Vacances)?

Yes, we accept both paper Chèques-Vacances and Chèque-Vacances Connect.

These payment options are available when making your reservation. You may use them to pay both the deposit and the balance of your stay. Payments can also be made by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

Do you accept VACAF vouchers?

No, we do not accept VACAF vouchers.

Is there a restaurant on site?

No, there is no restaurant on site.

However, we offer:

  • A daily bread and pastry delivery service
  • Breakfast delivered to your chalet or served on the terrace
  • A selection of hot and cold drinks
  • Artisan ice cream
  • A small grocery shop featuring local and organic products (BIO)
