Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Booking Conditions
A booking becomes effective once the customer has sent Azun Nature a deposit of 25% of the total stay amount and, for paper contracts, the signed booking agreement.
For chalets and cabins, the balance must be paid 1 month before arrival. If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay (deposit and balance) must be paid at the time of booking.
For camping pitches, the balance must be paid 15 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 15 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay (deposit and balance) must be paid at the time of booking.
For paper contracts, the customer must keep a copy of the booking agreement.
2. Failure to Pay the Deposit or Balance
If payment is not received by the following deadlines:
- For chalets and cabins: at least 30 days before the start of the stay, Azun Nature reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all sums paid up to that date.
- For camping pitches: at least 15 days before the start of the stay, Azun Nature reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain all sums paid up to that date.
3. Cancellation by the Customer
Chalets and Cabins
- If the customer cancels more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained by Azun Nature, and a credit voucher valid for 1 year will be offered.
- If the customer cancels less than 30 days before the arrival date, Azun Nature will retain all sums paid up to that date.
Camping Pitches
- If the customer cancels more than 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be retained by Azun Nature, and a credit voucher valid for 1 year will be offered.
- If the customer cancels less than 15 days before the arrival date, Azun Nature will retain all sums paid up to that date.
4. Cancellation by Azun Nature
The customer will be informed of the cancellation by email and will be refunded all amounts paid.
5. Cancellation Insurance
COVID-19 Cancellation and Trip Interruption Insurance is optional, but we strongly recommend subscribing to it. The cost is 2.9% of the total amount of the stay.
The insurance notably covers cancellations due to medical reasons, including COVID-19, illness (hospitalization), serious accident or death, significant damage to your home, redundancy or modification of your leave by your employer, or summons to an examination or court hearing.

In the event of cancellation or interruption of a stay for a reason covered by the insurance policy, you must report your claim by post to:

6. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 1 year from the start date of the stay and may not be used during school holiday periods or public holiday weekends.
7. Customer Arrival
In the event of a late or delayed arrival, or arrival outside the normal check-in hours specified in the contract, the customer must inform Azun Nature.
8. Payment of the Balance
The balance of the stay must be paid:
- 30 days before the arrival date for chalets and cabins.
- 15 days before the arrival date for camping pitches.
Any additional services must be paid on-site at the end of the stay.
9. Tourist Tax
The customer must pay the applicable tourist tax directly to Azun Nature.
10. Payment of Additional Charges
At the end of the stay, the guest must pay Azun Nature for any charges not included in the rental price (such as electricity).
11. Use of the Chalets
The customer agrees to comply with the rules and regulations set out in Azun Nature’s internal regulations.
12. Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Nature & Bois Chalets or the Cabins.
Pets are permitted in the other chalets, subject to the following conditions:
- Maximum of one pet per accommodation.
- Small- and medium-sized pets only (under 12 kg).
An additional security deposit of €50, separate from the accommodation deposit, will be required. This deposit will be refunded after the departure inspection, provided the accommodation is returned in a perfectly clean condition. Otherwise, the deposit will be retained by Azun Nature.
13. Liability
The customer is responsible for any damage caused by their actions.
Azun Nature accepts no liability for theft, loss, or damage of any kind occurring during or after the customer's stay.

The following payment methods are accepted:
- Holiday Vouchers (Chèque-Vacances)
- Chèque-Vacances Connect
- Cheques
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Bank Transfers
- Cash payments
